A LITTLE CONTEXT

The person behind
the decisions.

I’m Omer Levi, a product manager, entrepreneur and AI builder from Israel. I lead work from discovery and delivery to customer success and commercial operations.

I love learning, breaking problems down and finding solutions beyond the obvious. I explore unfamiliar fields and technologies, especially AI, IoT, gaming and communities.

Four years in the IDF, including officer service, shaped my approach to leadership, training and operations.

From 0-to-1 products
to customers and revenue.

A B2B2C SaaS platform connecting restaurant customers, staff and owners through menus, ordering, reservations, CRM and access controls.

My responsibility

I co-founded the business and owned product strategy, roadmap and delivery with my technical co-founder and hired developers. I led B2B sales and customer success for SMBs in Israel and the US: implementation, training, adoption, billing, renewals and account expansion. Usage, support signals and regular check-ins informed customer health, retention and technical escalations. I tracked how changes affected sales.

Decision in practice

Restaurants were juggling separate tools. I expanded QR/NFC menus into one platform for reservations, staffing, CRM and ordering. Existing customers adopted additional capabilities and replaced other systems, creating opportunities for upselling and account expansion.

Capture → retrieve → connect → verify

A personal memory system that captures messages, voice notes, images and documents, then retrieves relevant information through conversation.

My responsibility

I defined LLM behavior, system prompts and evaluation criteria, then built with AI around retrieval quality, multilingual use, response time and cost.

Decision in practice

I paired semantic retrieval with conversational context and source references. Permission checks and action verification made completed tasks distinguishable from AI responses.

Gameplay, player feedback and commerce, working together.

A B2C gaming business built around custom PvP, progression and new seasons, connecting live operations, community and optional digital purchases.

My responsibility

I owned strategy, AI-assisted development, branding, monetization and live operations, leading dozens of volunteer moderators. Player behavior, support tickets and community research shaped acquisition, onboarding and retention. I recruited moderators, set responsibilities and used regular feedback to sustain engagement. Store-to-game automation supported seasonal releases and promotions.

The thinking
behind the build.

Learn the domain. Question the assumptions. Connect the decisions across product, technology, cost, quality and the market.

Set direction. Drive delivery.

Customer discovery and competitive research inform roadmaps and backlog prioritization. I weigh customer value against delivery effort, then align stakeholders, engineering and design through user stories, acceptance criteria, Agile/Scrum delivery, QA and release readiness.

Own the whole operation.

I connect onboarding, account management, adoption and retention with go-to-market execution, sales, pricing and margin management. SOPs, knowledge management and workflow automation support daily operations, resource planning and vendor coordination.

Measure. Learn. Improve.

KPIs, funnel and cohort analysis, A/B testing and customer feedback guide iteration. For AI builds, I use PRDs, evaluation criteria and API / webhook checks to balance response quality, multilingual behavior, latency and cost.

With your permission, Omer Levi uses Google Analytics to understand which work gets explored and how people use this site.

What is collected?

Analytics records page visits, approximate location, device and browser information, and actions such as exploring projects, opening Contact, choosing a theme or clicking LinkedIn. Cookies help distinguish visits. Advertising features are disabled.

Message text, form email addresses and URL query strings are not sent to Analytics. Contact opens a draft in your own email app; this site does not receive or store the form.

Google receives Analytics data only after you allow it. Event-level data is retained for 2 months; aggregate reports may remain longer. Analytics cookies expire after up to 6 months. Your choice is saved on this device for 6 months. You can change it here at any time. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears this site's Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already processed.

The hosting provider processes technical request logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the site, independently of Analytics. Your theme preference is also saved locally.

A visible page with a real interaction can generate a first-party visit notification for the site owner, separately from optional Google Analytics. A random browser-session signal prevents repeat emails from refreshes or an open tab; a short-lived local record also groups tabs opened within 30 minutes. Notifications include time, approximate city/country derived locally from the request IP, device, operating system, browser and referring website domain when supplied by your browser. They do not include IP addresses, identities, precise location, referral paths or search terms. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable this signal. Session signals are kept on the server for up to 15 days; sent notification records for up to 7 days. Site search runs locally.
